Purpose
The Web site of Felician Sisters, Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Province
(the Province) is designed to provide users with information regarding
our vocations and the ministries provided by ourselves and our member
facilities. This information may be available to users in a number
of different formats.
Privacy Statement
The Province respects and protects the privacy of users of our Web
site. User-specific information of a personal nature is normally
not collected. However, the Web site provides a Contact Us button,
a prayer request form, and e-mail addresses that permit communications
between users and Province members. When a user communicates with
us via e-mail or the prayer request form, a record of the user's
e-mail address, name, and other personal information (if provided)
will be maintained.
All user-specific information of a personal nature that is collected
will be maintained in the records of the Province or our facilities
in either hard copy or electronic form. The Province will not, under
normal circumstances, provide any user-specific information of a
personal nature to any third party. Users may request a modification
or deletion of their personal information by regular mail or e-mail
request, and the Province will use all reasonable care to comply
with such requests in an appropriate manner.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Province will treat any information

also assumes that all information is provided with the permission
of the actual owner of the information.

As is common practice on many Web sites, the Province collects log
files, which contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser types,
Internet service providers, referring/exiting pages, platform types,
date/time stamps, number of clicks, and other details. These are
used to analyze trends, administer the Web site, and gather information
for aggregate use. Such information is not linked to personally
identifiable information.
Legal Disclaimer
Every effort is made to preserve user privacy, but if required by
legal action the Province may need to disclose personal information
to comply with such proceedings.
